I ordinarily don't write bad reviews, but I'm going to make an exception after two poor experiences. I have had two cars Ziebarted from the dealership, and am required to take them once a year for a free inspection. It has become clear to me that the free inspection is really just an excuse to sell me additional services - which is fine. I get it. NOTE TO EVERYONE- Ziebart Binghamton - when we purchased out 2007 Ford Expedition xl we took it right to ziebart to have it undercoated with the top of the line service fo used cars, with yearly inspections and touch ups. The touch up was in November. Two months ago we saw our rocker panels deteriorating and now one is rusted right through. I just got off the phone with a manager (Randy) that said yes, when they undercoat it, they do look at the body that they can see and will note any signs of rust.
