Ziebart is one sorry Company and the Manager, Brian, is very arrogant, selfish, and doesn't care about his customers. Ziebart in Bloomington, IL tried to under coat my Jeep Sahara and did a sloppy job---Many things under the jeep was never touched, black undercoat was all over my muffler and tailpipe in which Brian stated it shouldn't matter which is stupid!!!! worst place to have your car done! I had my truck done there in 09. have been getting warranty touch ups on time,for 5 years. then make my appointment this year they said i was 2 days late bring it in. they couldn t keep my warranty up to date.I made my app. two weeks before last day but they couldnt get me in. so it was my fault. the manger could of cared less.

ZIEBART DESTROYS YOUR CAR! I brought a brand new sedan to Bloomingtons Ziebart for the diamond gloss protection and window tinting. When I went to pick the car up, I found they had treated the paint without even removing the bugs from the front bumper. Basicly, they sealed the bugs to the cars paint. I also found dirty shoe prints all over the brand new leather interior and console of the interior from when the worker was appling the tent to the windows. Great Job !!! – I had a great experience with this company, very friendly and helpful. I got my 2008 Chevy Silverado Rhino Lined, cleaned and tinted. it was the best. I've had the Rhino for about 6 months now, it's the next best thing to peanut butter. Nothing seems to be able to hurt it. When they detailed the truck it looked almost like it was brand new. The window tint wasn't my idea, and I didn't like it at first, but boy is it great after all of that hot weather, our other car doesn't have tint, but it will soon.
These guys were great! I had them install Illinois law of 35% all around. 7 windows on my 2007 Chevy Impala. Dropped it off at 1:15pm and they called at 4:15pm saying its ready. Tint looks great. I will be going back for any other services I might need.
Great customer service, very helpful and friendly. Honest to the core. Reasonable prices. Detailing dept. could use a pro....but beyond that.....great place to take your car.
Avoid for Detailing – I paid nearly $170 to get a professional detailing yet they didn't even clean out the truck, under the hood, and left cleaner streaks on my dash.
