The manager Brian is extremely immature and unprofessional. They lied about putting in writing that if something happened to the liner they sprayed the would fix it. Once I picked up the vehicle they no longer said they would put it on writing and Brian threatened to call the cops because we questioned it. Do business elsewhere. The dude has multiple complaints about him yet he is still employed there.

Thanks TIm! I had a wonderful purchase for my new Chevy Silverado Hi Country. I just went in for a window tint on my front windows. They did a perfect job just as I wanted after a discussion with Tim. He showed me his truck and we agreed on the percentage of tint. It turned out better than I had hoped for. While I was there I also was thinking about a tonto cover for the new truck. I had been to Chevy and Fat boys they had quite a few, but not exactly what I wanted. I use to be a loyal customer of Ziebart for years, but no longer. Mike the manager was too lazy to walk out to my car to answer some questions on getting paint protection to some areas that had been re-painted. He just wanted to quote prices for the hood and fenders and did not seem concerned about questions I had on specific areas. He was arrogant and disrespectful to me as a customer.

I have been a loyal customer of Ziebart for years and have had their paint protection on several vehicles. I recently took a vehicle to the location on Kingsridge drive and talked to Mike who claimed to be a manager. I had a few questions about getting paint protection on another vehicle. Mike, the guy who claimed to be a manager was disrespectful, arrogant, and too lazy to even walk out to my vehicle. I left and will not take another vehicle to that location as long as he is working there. Ziebart has lost a customer.
