Called Ziebart to have 2024 Trax undercoated and rust prevention. I explained that I had removed the wheel liners and wanted the undercoating all the way out to the edge of the fenders directly above the tires and that the EVAP system vent was exposed in the rear wheel area and needed to be covered BEFORE undercoating. I talked to Marcus at Lyell avenue Ziebart about making an appointment for my annual undercoating. After dropping the car off I received a call from Marcus asking if I would like to have work done on the scratches and paint protection. I was thinking about doing that in a couple of months. Not only did Marcus save me money he saved me another trip. The car looks as good as it did the day I bought it. Thank you Marcus and special thanks to those who did a fantastic job.
After a botched appointment at muffler man they took me right in and did a awesome job installing a set of duals on my car at a great price. I would highly recommend then for any job they offer. Lucas and his crew went over and above to make sure I got what I wanted and that I was satisfied. Thanks a lot guys, I will surely be back in the future.

I took our 2014 Toyota Truck in to have Rust Protection, Diamond Gloss protection , and the interior done .I asked a lot of questions about all this and had doubts about it . When I went to pick up the truck the next day I was amazed they did a fantastic job on the truck . The truck looks like it did when we first bought it. Great Job everyone ! This was my first time at Ziebart in Canandaigua. Jimmy Kavanagh was quick to help me out in understanding the different protection plans available. He was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, with NO pressure. When I dropped my vehicle off, Connor Moore helped me with some further questions I had. Another Good guy to deal with. 2 great guys to talk and work with. I definitely would recommend this business. My car looks Great!

Update to my previous reviews: my seats are still ruined, still no customer service, just generic replies, pretty much saying "oh well maybe you'll have better luck next time!" What! Do not use this business, horrible, horrible, horrible and very rude when you have an issue!
