The people working here are pleasant & nice. The work was done very well. The wait is a little long when you are disabled but the seats are comfortable. Coffee wasn't bad, snacks would be better with the coffee. Overall I am very satisfied and happy I went to Ziebart for the work.

* * * * * 5 star rating! It was a very pleasing experience. I called on 4/8/14 to make an appointment to have car Ziebarted. It was no longer under warranty, Dan fixed it for me. The place I bought my car has miss represented their service. Anther guy, Tony also gave me a touch up for my car because of the bad weather. I am very happy.

Everyone was very nice and they make it very pleasant being there. Ziebart takes care of you right away. I was in out of there in no time.They did a great job on my car - I have referred them already. I am very please with the people and the work, I could not ask for more!

Mark made me aware if a service they offer that I was not aware of, which was a maintenance on the undercoating and rust proofing of my vehicle free of charge. That's honest business! He took the time to address my wants and exceeded my expectations. I will be back every year for their free services. They score 100% in my book!

Excellent customer service! I went in for a remote starter and the process was given in detail. Ziebart provides services you want at an affordable price. Service is great! Each individual has their own speciality. Dan and Chris were especially good. Their goal is to provide excellent customer service and each time we get that. We return for services because Ziebart does the best. I give them 5 stars!

My experience has always been excellent. Larry & Ryan took care of me. They are really focused on customer satisfaction. I appreciate the services. My truck looks excellent thanks to Ziebart. Everyone at this Lyell Ave facility were very courteous and eager to help.

I set up an appointment to have my vehicle's yearly check up with Ziebart. The person was very courteous and accommodating to my schedule. The service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and willing to help in any way. I worked with Nick, what a good experience. My only negative comment is regarding the length of time the appointment takes, but I am told it is a "whole process". I just hate having to give up my car for most of the day ... but that is the norm in the automotive world, I guess.

Phone interactions were positive and informative. I received smiles and greetings upon entering building. The whole group works well as a team. My Advisor was kind, friendly and knowledgeable of the products and services offered. If I had more funds he would have succeeded in locking the whole package he presented. My niece had window tint with this company and also have body work done, she was very happy. I myself agree with the positive reviews I have read. I will return for the rest of package.

I came in to get my remote start fixed; they got me in and out really fast with no hastle. I have purchased 3 remotes for different cars over the years and everyone is always respectful, professional, nice. I would rate this place a 8 or 9 out of 10 ... they need to update the showroom and offices, they are very worn.
