It's only human to error but how we respond really shows character and professionalism. We go to experience that with Steven at Zico. They were late showing up but when he did, what a game changer. He went above and beyond to get my repair completed. They were best price I could find and that usually comes with subpar service. Not with Zico and Steven. It was top tier service from them.
