Matt and Dave are awesome! Always willing to answer questions or get answers for you. Battery was about to die right before leaving for a 6 day winter vacation to the UP of Michigan, stopped by to see if Matt could help, he said stop by tomorrow and drop truck off and he will get a new battery installed! Saved my vacation! Always has great suggestions as to what parts or services are needed !
Absolutely would NOT recommend! They weren't able to help me as they were a week out. I asked if there was anywhere nearby that they would recommend & the guy said "Oh no, I WON'T recommend anyone" There were several shops i visited personally today that recommend me to other shops & included Zicks in those recommendations. Zicks has always fixed our cars. They're very quick, reliable, and very fair priced. They were also able to squeeze us in for an appointment when booked for the holidays. We are super appreciative and recommended to anyone!!
