Zicklin does the job right. I had a sidewalk violation from the DOT and Raj walked me through what all the notations meant, and provided a range of options for addressing the violation, from just the sidewalk to the entire sidewalk and driveway (we chose the latter). The workmen were courteous to our neighbors and completed the job fast. They were meticulous - the new sidewalk and driveway look great and really add to our homes curb appeal. Zicklin is great! You won’t go wrong hiring them for your next project.
These guys did a full rehab on my apartment and I’m really happy with the work. Kitchen and bathroom came out great. They showed up, got it done, and didn’t cut corners. Solid crew. I’d use them again.

Basically the whole block received sidewalk violations (only in NYC). My husband, who use to do concrete work in his youth, saw the completed job on a neighbor's sidewalk and thought it was done well. So we called Zicklin Contracting for a quote and timeline. The quote was reasonable and the timeline was good and the work they did was excellent. We highly recommend Zicklin Contracting.
