I was shocked when I checked out and nearly paid $1000 for my services. They are so expensive and the injectors don’t know how to lift eyebrows, I’m not confident in their services. I won’t be back. Yes the receptionist is rude, she’s been there too long.
Always has the newest products and procedures. I wouldn't trust anyone else!
I went to Ziba for Botox first appointment went well TRAP!!! I went second time for filler now i look like a CHIPMUNK and I been apparently diagnosed with body dysmorphia which apparently means that my money is good but a second look is not!!! I called back and told nurse that my face was lumpy and injected to high in my face i was told to come back in where i was asked if i had body dysmorphia WOW then she began telling me that she couldn't see ANYTHING WOW AGAIN!!! FRAUD ALERT I went to Ziba for Filler Now my face is LUMPY and hurts. The filler was injected above and below laugh lines I went back to get it fixed and nurse asked me if i had Body Dysmorphia WOW she didn't know where to put it I kept telling her and now i have filler dang near the middle of my nose. I am a long time Ziba client. I have had numerous services done from laser hair removal to coolsculpting and injections. The staff is excellent. The services are outstanding and the facility is one of a kind. I'd recommend this place as one for everyone!
I have to address the comment by Rachel S. We, at Ziba, pride ourselves on making our clients happy. For various reasons - confidentiality being number one - I will not comment on her personal experience. I will say that her review is not what happened and we will ALWAYS try to make sure that the client is happy with their service. Please do not base your opinion from her inaccurate review.
Staff is fantastic, very clean facility, and very soothing atmosphere. I was treated very well, and would recommend this spa to everyone
