I had a very bad experience with her. She forgot to submit our student visa application on time. We waited for our registration number with Canadian immigration, only to be told later that she forgot to submit it and would do it next semester!!!!!!!. Can you believe that? Once she realized her big mistake, she hid behind her clerk, who answered the phone. The clerk acted like a living answering machine, always saying, "I will pass your message to Zeynab."
