I recently had bilateral inguinal hernia surgery, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received from Dr. Abouezzi. From the first consultation through recovery, he was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He took the time to explain the procedure clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident going into surgery. This review, is about the office staff, NOT Dr. Abouezzi. My son was supposed to have surgery today 3/3/26, however unbeknownst to us, it was denied by insurance 2/5/26. My son received a call 3/2 on what time to arrive at the hospital for the surgery and all the specifics. A half hour later was called again and told it was canceled due to insurance dening it. We looked into the insurance and saw that it was in fact denied on 2/5/26. A month before. One month and we were never notified of this. I took a week off of work to b... read more
Dr. Abouezzi and his surgical team are outstanding would highly recommend to anyone. He is an expert in his field. I like doctors who let you know all your options but let you decide how to proceed. Thank you for the wonderful care that I received.
