This review, is about the office staff, NOT Dr. Abouezzi. My son was supposed to have surgery today 3/3/26, however unbeknownst to us, it was denied by insurance 2/5/26. My son received a call 3/2 on what time to arrive at the hospital for the surgery and all the specifics. A half hour later was called again and told it was canceled due to insurance dening it. We looked into the insurance and saw that it was in fact denied on 2/5/26. A month before. One month and we were never notified of this. I took a week off of work to b... read more
Dr. Abouezzi and his surgical team are outstanding would highly recommend to anyone. He is an expert in his field. I like doctors who let you know all your options but let you decide how to proceed. Thank you for the wonderful care that I received.

Had My first surgical procedure today with Dr. Abouezzi. The doctor and his team in the hospital and the OR/recovery were all wonderful. They all helped calm my anxiety before the procedure and explained everything in detail. If you have a hernia that needs repair I’d highly recommend him, as the robotics he used for surgery was much less invasive and allowed me to leave the same day. A+++
