Hurts me to write this as I am an owner, one of the few who own/reside at Zia Vista for nearly 20 years. As such, I have a vested interest in the health and all-being of this community, but sadly there are some issues that are not addressed, and when brought to the attention of the board, they are summarily dismissed/ignored; Specifically, facia tiles pop off with no effort made to replace them (an unsightly visual that has been on-going since 2015.)
