Just lost another patient. I called and no one will even pick up the phone. It is 32 mins to closing at 4pm per their website. Only for the phone to ring and get hung up on. I guess I am not that important of a patient anymore only worth calling and being hung up on can’t even get a “hello”. What a shame he came highly recommended by a former nurse he worked with.

I WILL NEVER go to this doctor again. I gave him 4 chances. He yelled at me simply because I could not take a medication due to a bad reaction to it. His staff was not very friendly. He had so many patients they were standing up and down the hall. He did not spend much time with me the 4 times I saw him. He was rushed and seemed to have more important things to do. To say the least I won't go back.
Doc himself is a complete jerk. He thinks he's the next Dr. Now. Awful mannerisms and professionalism. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! The staff is great!
First, waiting times for appointments are over an hour. Doctors who do this deliberately and repeatedly have no respect for patients. This passes down to his staff. It will take more than a week for me to get my necessary diabetes medication because of their refusal to do their jobs in a timely manner. They did not respond to the pharmacy's request for a renewal. I had to call after 3 days. Then they did not respond to the request for information for the pre-approval.
