Compassionate and efficient endocrinologist. He knows what he’s doing and his staff are kind and respectful.
Listen to these negative reviews. They are all valid! While Dr Zia himself is ok, his desk staff is absolutely awful!! Lazy, rude and incompetent! Don’t ask them to write anything down and for the love of God don’t ask them for a pen! lol I will never go back to this place. Thankfully I was able to get my diagnosis and get in with a better practice.
It’s now 10:58 am. I just had the receptionist refund my copay for a 9:45 am appointment. This is typical and I’m gonna find a new doctor.
I read most of the reviews here and I must say that we had great experience meeting dr. Zia! We had absolutely no problem at the front desk, the lady was friendly and professional. We don't have insurance and paid from the pocket $175. Dr. Zia considered wrote us a $100 check back considering that $175 was too much for a short consultation. We really appreciate his gesture and for sure will recommend him anytime!
