The team are highly professional and friendly people, I’m always having a laugh during my workouts. The team help you stay motivated and will push you each session, you will walk out the studio feeling amazing. Zia and her team have taught me that I CAN do it. Zia and the team have taught me how to have a positive relationship with food, learn to love my body and inspire me to be the happiest, healthiest version of myself. I've never felt more at home than when in the studio, every trainer greets you with enthusiasm, the intimate space creates a one on one specialist approach and every time I walk out that door I feel better than the last. I’ve been training with Zia and the team for approximately 18 months and I’ve lost 10kg and counting. I follow both the meal guide and training plan and they have given me the tools and guidance to continue achieving my goals. They hold me accountable and push me to my limits every single session.
