He is a great doctor,, however his staff dont return calls or answer the phone,, I have called 2 weeks now about i need a referral because I went to er and I have a broken foot,, cant see foot dr or whatever the dr is without a referral ,, braford er is closed down and i went to that er because I was visiting my boyfriend at the time ,,someone should be at that front desk always ,, and just be manning the phones,, this is ridiculous! Im not from bradford im from olean and I certainly cant walk over there with a broken foot .... read more
Have tried to reach the office by phone and no one answers the phone. While doctor is great his staff are a severe disappointment.
This office is incompetent and irresponsible, they are overbooked and work with a complete disregard for the care of their patients, do not expect to have your healthcare be of any priority to these greedy unethical people
The doctor is great, the issue is the reception staff. It sours the entire practice. I’ve seen the receptionist sit and watch the phone ring. Which makes plenty of sense when you think back to the times you’ve needed help with your medication, or have questions— so you reach out, and no one answers- no matter how many times you call. Leave a message!! Sure sure… you won’t get a call back though. Call them enough and perhaps they will be bothered enough to call you back out of annoyance. I have been going to Dr.Sheikh since he came to western NY in 1990's. He is a patient kind man who listens, He is a good diagnostitian.Always throughly investigates, your complaints and orders the blood work and testing you need to diagnose and treat your condition. He also refers you to the proper Dr's to deal with your condition if necessary. I would recommend him to anyone.
