Jodi is wonderful - she spends a lot of time with each patient, is very thorough and highly competent. Sometimes you might have a longer wait but that is because she is so thorough - she does not rush you out the door like so many providers do today. Her staff is so friendly and absolutely amazing! This place is AWFUL with communication. I have SEIZURES, just moved to town and I need to be checked up and referred to a professional. They haven’t answered in WEEKS. Never answer the phone. Now I have to find a new PCP because this one is just awful. I can’t wait months to wait to be cleared for work and driving.
I have been very pleased with Jodi, she has been the only provider that has listened to me and helped me with my ongoing health issues. Everyone at Zia Primary is kind and friendly!
I am very unhappy with this office. You get results from the places you are referred to, but this place doesn't call you or explain anything. If you go over the time, even if it's to get some sort of follow-up on results, they will charge for it. Watch your billing through your insurance for this. Also, I was overcharged for things. I called and left a message for someone to explain a charge on my bill.no one called me back. I called the billing number, and they had no idea and told me to call the office. Haha.
