Update: Before writing this review, I did contact the clinic to share my experience. Today I received a message from my doctor apologizing for the mixup. I wanted to update this to give my physician credit where it’s due. I absolutely loved my first appointment with my doctor and this review is a reflection of the clinic itself, not the physician. The appointment times do not matter. Had to wait over an hour each time we had an appointment with a doctor.
I had a wonderful experience as a patient at this clinic. Dr. Chow is respectful, knowledgeable and extremely patient. She is a highly recommended doctor for female health needs.

I was originally with Dr. Chow at this practice and she was okay. The appointments are very short bookings meaning that you barely have time to discuss any issue and everything is rushed. I have never had my weight measured, blood pressure taken, or any basic checks done - unless you specifically ask for something to be checked, prepare to sit and talk about your symptoms for a couple of minutes then get a prescription or referral.
