Very disappointing experience with NAWAL( N.P) I had a very disappointing experience with JCM Clinic today. Yesterday, the receptionist called me to book a consultation appointment for my Iron IV infusion for today at 9:30 AM. Since I was a new patient, I expected to be given the exact location and clear directions, but the receptionist did not clearly explain where the clinic was located. I’m very disappointed. They never answered the phone. I’ve been trying to call them to reschedule my cancelled appointment due to emergency and now no one is answering. I’ve been trying for more than a week now. Always on a wait hold you’re caller number 3 or 2 and after waiting for an hour still caller number 3.
I left the clinic in tears. I was given the wrong information over the phone which lead to a lot of anxiety in the appointment ans was treated poorly by the doctor. I was told to stop being "emotional" and to "calm down" after trying to express my concerns. I never got to finish a sentence once and left feeling completely defeated, scared and confused as to why I had been treated the way I was. I can't even express how horribly this situation was handled but I really want other women to beware.
Dr Gina Arps has been my family doctor for the last two years and I couldn't be happier with her. Listens to my concerns and always on top of things! So happy I found her.
Very impressed with my experience here with Nurse Practitioner Nawal Mohamed. The front desk staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait long at all. Nawal was very attentive, listening to my concerns, and I didn't feel rushed. She delivers care in a gentle, compassionate manner. Happy to have found her. Pharmacists are also friendly and helpful here.
