Updated review to remove the doctor’s name as she has left this practice and I believe the issues were purely with the management of the clinic and policies. Poorly managed clinic. Doctor was my doctor since she opened her family practice at this clinic. Yesterday, I tried to book an appointment and was informed she closed her family practice (this was communicated via the online booking system as a decline to my appt request). My doctor is very attentive and her bedside manner is impeccable. I am seen on time and always leave feeling looked after and cared for
I went to this clinic for an introduction with a nurse practitioner and met with Nawal. She was absolutely wonderful and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely be going with her as she was kind, patient and empathetic. Very rare to find in health care these days.
My daughter and I wholeheartedly recommend nurse Nawal. As a mom, it’s emotional watching your child grow up and leave her pediatrician. My daughter was so anxious, but nurse Nawal was incredible. She made her feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. I felt such a wave of relief knowing my daughter received compassionate care and I can trust her with her care. We left feeling excited and hopeful and cannot recommend her enough.
I went in on July 9th for a meet and greet with Nawal Mohamed. While the receptionist and intake nurse were both kind and welcoming, which gave me hope for a positive experience, my interaction with Nawal Mohamed was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. She is nothing but rude and uninterested in her patients. This is the first time I have had to cut an appointment short because of the horrendous treatment and judgment.
