Please make sure you guide and give proper instructions before coming to your clinic . We wasted our time again and putting us in rush. the dr was also not welcoming so sad and rushing me to get out of the clinic. I felt embarrassed nothing to do with the situation this is not the first time you did this to us. Only the receptionist is nice

I went home early for appointment but definitely did not assist us properly I hope when we asked for visit make sure to tell us what we needed to do. You wasted our time for the 2nd time around . not approachable and not welcoming location

I was so upset last time. I scheduled my family and even confirmed before the date. When we arrived, they told me that only I was booked, and they insisted it was not their fault at all. We had gone home early from work just to make this appointment, yet they did not even apologized and send us to book again

The only good thing about this clinic is that you can book online. Other than that they are constantly overbooked, the doctors are always late and if you ever need to cancel an appointment with the receptionist be ready to wait AN HOUR on hold. And if you tell the receptionist that waiting an hour is so unacceptable they will hang up on you. Never fails, every single time.
