I am so glad I found this amazing amazing spot. Naomi at the front desk was so welcoming and efficient on getting The process started she made me feel so comfortable and welcoming .. once Amy took over for my consultation the warmth and nurturing I felt through this process was over and beyond!This experience was top notch!
Kim And Amy are amazing!!!! made me and my daughter feel very welcomed!! these girls know what they are doing. ive been to other similar businesses and found the others subpar. If you’re looking for primary care, infusion or HRT go there now!!!
Honestly, I was disappointed. While they come across as caring, it feels more like it’s for the sake of getting good reviews or building a social media following. They are professional, but it seems like they’re just playing the part rather than genuinely caring about the patient. It’s also extremely difficult to get in touch with them messages are taken by the front desk, but no one follows up. It left me feeling ignored and avoided. I thought this clinic would be different and genuine.
