When I got my mammo recently, I was told they saw something suspicious and needed to redo the image. I was NOT told they would be billing it as a medical diagnostic and not as a preventive care claim, therefore I am being billed by Zia. When I called to ask the billing office about it, the very rude woman I spoke with informed me that I was not FORCED to have the test and that I needed to pay the bill.
