Joseph with Zia Autohaus is an amazing mechanic and individual. We have taken our vehicles to him for 2 years and appreciate the time and effort he puts in his customers and vehicles. Zia is a shop we continue to appreciate and will use for years to come.
I can’t say enough of the quality of work, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service from Joseph and his team. Joseph has worked on all of my vehicle from imports to domestics. His knowledge and customer service rank 15 on a scale from 1-10!!
I gotta say this place is awesome. I was there for about four hours today trying to figure out what’s wrong and how to get my car fixed but only did they solve a fairly complicated and a multifaceted series of issues but they were incredibly professional, friendly, and overall just awesome. 10/10 recommendation
I took in my 2021 BMW M440i for a transmission fluid flush and rear brake pad replacement to Zia Autohaus. I can’t remember the last time I actually enjoyed interacting with an auto mechanic. Everyone was very helpful, specifically Joseph. He was honest, helpful, and super friendly/personable. Joseph promptly returned my calls and texts, answering any of my questions and inquiries.
