STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! This was the worst experience I have ever had. The agents are lying left and right. They deduct your bond money and just stop replying to email and calls and texts. DONT EVER DEAL WITH THEM. They are just a bunch of con artists who won't reply to you if you need something fixed. The property manager here posted our personal videos and photos online and 'FORGOT' to ask us about if it's okay to post them. They will try their best to steal your bond from you in any way possible. They've had the audacity to email me without adding my female partner in email correspondence despite informing them multiple times. If you want property agent to ignore you all the time with unprofessionalism at its best this is the right place for it.
SCAM ARTISTS, DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I was perfectly clean for the entirety on the lease then at the end they decided to charge be $2000!!! I am so annoyed. I negotiated with them and they agreed then ended up trying to charge me more hoping I wouldn't realise. I am taking them to court currently so I will seek justice for all the people that have been hurt by this company. They are also doing various illegal activities including charging extra for pets in an apartment.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. These are the worst, most unscrupulous agents I've ever come across. They are a complete scam and never respond to any calls or texts and leased us a property for twelve months and illegally charged us a significant extra amount to have an emotional support cat with us.
