Now that the transaction has ended, I can finally speak the truth. This law office SUCKS, with a capital S. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT work with Zhu Law. I have no doubt they close deals without raising red flags and things “get done”, but if you want to ENJOY the transaction and finish in a timely manner, don’t work with them.
