The women that answered the phone was rude and condescending. Never have I been spoken to that way from a doctors office. Funny another comment states the same thing. Just rude. If the office staff is rude one can guess the care will be less than quality.
Dr. Qiao is exceptional. I have seen many endocrinologists over the years for thyroid issues and diabetes, and none have provided the level of guidance, attentiveness, and expertise that Dr. Qiao offers.
