I love their food, I visit at least twice a week, noodle box is huge, curry is great, and hot and sour is excellent.Only ever do pick up so can’t comment on delivery.
Food arrived 50 min after stated time. Food was cold and disappointing Always used to order from here wont be again
Food arrived late, takeaway wasn't very helpful. Once food did turn up over 2 hours late it was vile and went in the bin as it had a chemical taste to it. We've been recurring customers and always said how nice the food is here. Safe to say that'll be our last order, don't bother and waste your money find a better Chinese.
Regular customers living a 5 minute drive away from the shop, and it took 3 hours to arrive. Called to check up on order multiple times and was told ‘it’s on the way’. When asked for a refund the lady on the phone just huffed and puffed and hung up. Food was obviously cold when it arrived.
Had the phone again just yesterday and it was fresh, flavourful and comfy. One of the best Chinese takeaway in Preston. Amazing comfort food always hits the spot. Amazing customer service.
