My daughter was scheduled for surgery and had to cancel due to a cold per the anesthesiologist recommendation. When I tried to reschedule the surgery while onsite to avoid future delay. I was told it couldn’t be done and no one would help me. I have been calling to reschedule my daughter tonsillectomy since November 19th. No response or call back was given.
