My daughter was scheduled for surgery and had to cancel due to a cold per the anesthesiologist recommendation. When I tried to reschedule the surgery while onsite to avoid future delay. I was told it couldn’t be done and no one would help me. I have been calling to reschedule my daughter tonsillectomy since November 19th. No response or call back was given. After visiting several doctors, we are so thankful to have finally found Dr. Huang. She is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly attentive. We felt confident trusting her to remove a benign tumor from our 10-year-old son, and the surgery went wonderfully. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Dr. Huang.
My daughter had an infection in her ear (we had tubes put in back in September) and I sent pictures in March all weekend about the infection. Dr. Huang's office did schedule us first thing Monday (March 3) and ran a culture in her ear. Friday 3/7 we had not received results so I messaged and Dr. Huang said she would reach out to the company but that she would be out of town the next week so may be delayed in responding. My daughter had surgery over 2 months ago. I had to cancel her initial follow-up appointment and have called 20+ times to reschedule. I am always told that someone will call me back. I have never received a call back from the appointment scheduler.
