Doctor seems to be very caring. Explain plan of care where I can understand.
I guess they did the best they could considering I had two appointments on rodeo and one at The Grove. And they called me and told me she was going to see about putting them all together which was fine. But never did notify me of any change. Thank God I looked at my chart last night and it showed me they switched all three appointments to The Grove and they also switched it from Thursday to Friday without my approval. I'm sorry but I did not appreciate this. I hope they're a little more careful next time
Doc Zheng staff is always professional and helpful. I have to take DOT Physical every year when I go in for my appointment they take very good care of me and Doc Zheng is a very good Doc. He let's me know all about any problems are issues and things to do to stay healthy. They are great if you need a great Doctor I recommend him and his great Staff, may God continuously bless and keep them is my Prayer
