He never mentioned any fees until the end, and asked $110 for consultation. He said his consultation is not free. He told me to leave my ID in his office and get cash across the street. I paid him and never came back.

This attorney Zhang was so quiet and timid in the court room, however he talked with bad personality, and hanging up phone with emotion like crazy. Worst attorney! He deserves 0 star. this guy is not a qualified professional, and cannot be trusted.
