This was an unacceptable experience from start to finish. My mother clearly requested that I be present in the room as her advocate, and that request was ignored. Dismissing a patient’s direct request for support is not just poor bedside manner—it reflects a lack of respect and basic patient-centered care. This person posing as doctor is totally rude, uncaring, and I will never recommend! 3 times I called to see her and was told to go to immediate care. Third visit I had appointment and when I arrived they said the appointment was made in error and I would have to come another day. Then I saw she was there but was told she had to leave early and couldn’t see me. I mean she was there, I was given the appointment and she still couldn’t take 10 minutes to see me?? Poor excuse for a doctor!!
Dr. B is an amazing PCP. She has been taking care of me for almost 20 years and I'm so grateful to her for the excellent care she provides. Thank you so much Dr. B
she has a harsh demanding personality. First visit she tells what she will not do. She makes everyone wear mask as a patient , but her staff wears their mask below the mouth. I called about a persistent problem about an insulin prescription . I admit I was aggravated but after I talked to 3 different people her nurse hung up on me. I have been with her several years but will not go back.
