Bin Zhai is very knowledgeable and experienced in his field!
This is probably the worst accounting firm you can hire. Seriously. It took them over 3 months to get a reimbursement from a 401k, and then they sent it to the wrong address. I had first contacted them on November 6th and they got back to me that day, but then a longggg time passes with some communication and in January they reach back out and say "sorry the holidays were really busy". Excuse me? From November 6th???? Then the sent it to the wrong address, terrible service, pick someone else, anyone else.
Really friendly staffs. Very responsible for request.
