One of the best builders I've ever known does a great job and has beautiful homes really easy person to work with and treat you right
The owner signed a contract with us for a house to be built at the end of October. The house wasn't even started by then and so we extended contract till end of December. We had to look for a place to rent short term. In December, when house still wasn't even started, I called him to sign an extension to the contract. He responded that he will let it expire because he is raising the price of the house by $30,000. Love the house but the attitude from the builder sucks...Gave us attitude about fixing things within our 1 yr..And now 2 years of ownership but only living in the home a year and a half our floors are separating and we were basically told too bad...seriously disappointed
Z&H Homes treated me great and I ended up in the exact home I wanted. Zane is a great guy to work with and has taken great care to follow up after my move in, in mid-May to make sure things are good for me. He's very conscientious after the purchase and has made good on things I asked for. They build nice homes! I highly recommend Z&H!
They speed, cut you off and the roads! Complete lack of respect for people!
