I was in the office Several weeks ago Speaking with Amber And Connie about a matter with one of the residents and some maintenance that was performed. I was at the Independence Place location in Parma heights. These ladies were absolutely Dynamite helping me out with a situation. The facility looked clean and well taken care of. The resident had her issue taken care of promptly and I couldn't have been more appreciative of the customer service from Connie and Amber.
I don't do google reviews but from my experience today was a big noooo noooo. I understand that you recently bought the hummingbird apartments. But the unprofessional manner that the general manager spoke to me today was un called for. I had an issue with my key fob for months and finally fixed it because I had to come up with an idea for them to use an old key fob of there's. Anyway they figured that situation out.
