Everything was going fine until the vehicle was delivered to us, we were told that it had a service however no paperwork, the car had not been valeted to a good standard, the 2 front tyres were barely legal . We asked that money was to be taken off as we did not feel comfortable with not having service information and we would have to replace two tyres and have a full valet.
