This is a review for Zach, the owner & trainer. Zach was my pad partner and casually trained me years ago back when we were both members at another facility and my memories to this date are: Zach is professional and he pushed me every session (but also knew my limit). He had a spirit that lights up the gym, and he knows his techniques. If I had not moved out of Boston I would have followed Zach. Good luck with your business, Zach!
Excellent coaching and knowledge of combat sports, very clean facility and one of the best trainers in Boston with challenging and fun workouts! Highly recommend if you're in the area!
