After the death of my sister all we needed was help, but we didn't get it for Zeyer. The we're inappropriate, improper, and incompetent. They ended up giving control to get ex husband then charging us for his fees (still are). They still haven't apologized. Cloverdale saved us for 1/8 if the price. The showed up at the funeral and took up space (that's all). Save yourself trouble and go to cloverdale.
Like they were our family. Zeyer Funeral Chapel treated us with amazing sensitivity when our mother passed aay. They almost felt like they were part of our family a well. They walked us through each step so we could concentrate on our family and their needs knowing the funeral arrangements were being taken care of. 5 stars. I highly recommend them.
Zeyer Funeral Home should have cleaned the ice and snow from the parking lot and the entrance to the services. It was slick and dangerous. Shame on them
