Both of my kids love working with Zev. His workouts are fun and creative. I’m amazed at how much stronger they are from working with him.
Zev did some training sessions in person and online for my daughter and her ringette team. My daughter loved them. Zev showed them the proper way to do the stretches and exercises in such an enthusiastic and motivating way. While they were holding their stretch or doing their exercise he would give them motivational sayings or some fun facts about anything and everything. She still tells us some of these facts well after the sessions are over. We would highly recommend Zev to anyone.
Zev is highly motivated to see his clients succeed!! He is equipped with the expertise, knowledge and patience to work with skilled athletes or those of us wanting to just be our best selves. He takes the time to understand your goals and develop an individualized plan to help you achieve results. Despite any limitations you may have, Zev will work with you each step in a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
Zev has a great knowledge of fitness and can address an issues (injuries/goals) you have. You'll get a full body workout by learning interesting way to train. I absolutely love training with Zev, he is fun, energetic and very passionate about fitness and getting his clients to reach their goals. It's worth the money to train with Zev, do yourself a favour and invest in your health.
It is my pleasure to have been a client of Zev Weisdorf for several years. He has helped improve my fitness so that I could continue to train and compete as a Masters swimmer into my 60’s. Zev has a warm and engaging personality that allows him to work well with clients of all ages from youngsters to seniors. His knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics is excellent.
