Dr. Frankel was excellent, very thorough in his examination and questioning.
Medicaid law states you cannot bill someone, office failed to get preauthorization for a procedure , dropped the ball, then tried hitting my wife with a 800 illegal bill, they are currently escalating the issue but beware , if problem is not resolved I am reporting to the state / getting lawyer involved
Dr. Frankel is a very knowledgeable and very caring physician. He has been my doctor for the almost six years and I have complete confidence he is looking out for my best interest. Dr. Frankel is thorough and knowledgeable about my care. He is logical and excellent. The same is true for Amanda, the Physician Assistant who met with me before Dr. Frankel.
I found Dr. Frankel very friendly and he asked me many questions which I appreciate. He is not an alarmist and wants me to have a few tests which is fine. I feel very comfortable and confident with him.
Dr. Frankel is wonderful!. Takes the time to thoroughly speak with you, address all concerns and answer any questions. I never feel rushed or feel like my questions ate trivial. Dr. Frankel is very knowledgeable. I feel very fortunate I connected with him.
