Rudest staff I've ever experienced, literally stare at you while you're sitting and eating. One girl also openly rolled her eyes at me and scoffed when i asked her about an item i paid extra to get with my order and never received. Also have ordered multiple times both through the app and uber eats and every single time without fail, they have made a mistake, twice giving me the complete wrong order.
Very disappointed. Ordered takeaway tonight and was served chicken that was clearly undercooked/raw inside (see photos). This is a serious food safety issue. I tried calling the store 7 times this evening to resolve it, but no one answered. I understand mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers when there’s a food safety concern is not acceptable. Extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.
Today was my very 1st time visiting this Venue and the Cashier Service was friendly to me when I got served, I had Chargrilled Chicken Tzimmy Pita Wrap for Lunch there and it was delicious, the Staff there are very friendly and the service there was very quick which I was very impressed about.
We were hoping to grab dinner for a family of 4 tonight, but was turned away at 8:45pm after standing at the till for 5 mins waiting to be served due to staff members discussing that “they were done and over it” then told they were closed and turned away. Very confusing and frustrating considering hours advertised state they are open until 9:00pm. Ended up heading down to Grilld where we were served straight away with no problems and were happy to take our money.
