Absolutely disgusting experience. I found a fingernail in my food today (Tzimmy Chargrilled Chicken). A clear and serious food safety breach but more than anyting, absolutely disgusting foreign matter to find in your dinner. When I raised it with staff, instead of handling the situation professionally, they stood behind the counter smirking and the manager had no training on how to handle this serious breach of food hygine. I’ve been to a few Zues and i can say this particular one is so yummy !!! Fresh clean and fast I’ve tried a few things from the menu and I must say you guys do it so right
Waited for 30 mins for lunch and was the only customer in the restaurant. No one came and spoke to me to advise of reason for delay. I eventually called out and asked what was happening and that I had been waiting an extremely long time. Someone then advised it was going to be put on the grill and would take a few minutes. Another man then came out, apologised for the delay and gave a very poor excuse. I advised him I would not be returning to the restaurant and that this was unacceptable. Not recommended!
