Ordered traditional loukoumades and saw the staff member go from seasoning fries by hand picking seasonings into the fry bowl, using the same gloves/bench/tools to dress my donuts with honey (squeeze bottle), cinnamon (shaker) and walnuts- with the fry seasoning gloves (even though there was a spoon in the walnut container). Luckily another staff member ran into the staff member preparing it and the dish was dropped on the ground, so it was remade with clean gloves with no fry seasoning added. I placed an order today and the chicken was severely undercooked. The customer before me also complained, but the staff member responded rudely and even made an inappropriate hand gesture. When I received my order, the product was terrible, and the customer service experience was even worse.
Super friendly staff, great food, and reasonibly fast to come out. I wish we had one of these close to home. Loved it! 🥰
Missing mint from the salad and barely any Greek yoghurt ( half a teaspoon). I go to zeus fairly often but lately there quality of food has gone down massively.
Great store! Probably the best Zues I've been too, the staff are all so friendly. Amazing vibes! Had a great interaction with a staff member named Tayler this evening,10/10 customer service!
