I spoke to man on the phone tonight, around 6pm regarding an order and he was such a lovely, accomodating employee and I have extremely satisfied with my service thank you so much.

Very bad service today! I ordered 3 chicken wraps but I only got two chicken wraps and the other was lamb wrap, I called them and the lady over the phone checked with the staff and said the order was delivered correctly. I told her the wrong one was in a different name , it was somebody else’s order, and she only said sorry,let me order again, I said how can I get the refund and she just hung up, and later I only got a $5.10 refund and have to wait 3-10 days. They should’ve refunded us the whole rap.
