Staff rude with riders
Usually fine when ordering via delivery apps but tonight I ordered a Hades roll & it was well below average…waited twice as long as normal plus was charged over 15% in total for public holidays and card surcharges combined. Won’t be returning.
The food is always top tier tasty, the service is friendly and fast, and it never disappoints! I have tried nearly everything on the menu and it is all so delicious.
Hi management, I would love to know what the point of having a timeframe dropdown when ordering online is if the staff always only end up making your food at the very point you ask to pick up the order? I genuinely would like to know. If you’re trying to set the misleading expectation with customers and let them down, just know you’re doing a great job.
