One of the few places still worth a damn to work out in across the Rio Grande Valley! Authentic and old-school gym for lifts you can't get anywhere else; thanks a million for keeping it open Willy!
This gym is a haven for those who want one thing only: to put in the work. It is in my mind a Grunge Style Gym. It’s the iron and you (with some elipticals) , and your determination to withstand all the elements as they are presented in life, as it should be. This gym is good to me because it doesn’t cater to the “comforts” of all. It sifts the type of people who want to be here and make do with what is available. 10/10 gym.
