I received Zeus Electrical as a contractor through American Home Shield. While the technician was polite and fixed the initial issue on visit one, the office management and follow-up have been atrocious. The technician noted broken switches in my covered breaker box. Shortly after, Julia/Julie from their office called advising me to pay out of pocket, claiming AHS denies these claims—yet I found out Zeus never bothered to submit the work order to AHS in the first place. They called when referred by my home warranty for an electric issue. They said they needed cash for my $75 copay & were on the way to be here in 45 minutes. I told them that I'm working and can't run to ATM for their cash immediately. I offered card transaction or check. I asked to reschedule for next day if cash was required. They wanted to know what day I'm free but I told them I work 7days a week & can have their cash to pay next day but just needed an appointment time so I can accommodate between the 2 jobs to be here fo... read more
Really grateful to Julie setting up the electrician to come fix the issue within hours of my original call. She was really friendly and professional. Also the electrician Chris, was professional, charismatic, and knowledgeable. Chris fixed the issues very quickly. Thank you both!
These guys in my opinion are the best electricians in all of El Paso, even the younger guys are awesome as well as the veterans too! When you call Julie she knows her business and is very courteous and respectful.
I had a disappointing experience with Zeus Electrical Contractor. They kept me waiting for an extended period before informing American Home Shield that they couldn't complete the work almost 48 hrs after putting in a request. To make matters worse, they don’t answer my calls at all. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend Zeus Electrical Contractor, but is a choice, a bad choice at least for me for the future. ## Rating Breakdown - Communication: 1/5 - Reliability: 1/5 - Custome... read more
