I’ve been bringing my yorkie Jax for the past 3 years no problems. On 3/7, I dropped him off at 12pm and was told he should be finished by 3pm. I still had no call back by 3pm so I went up there and waited. It was close to 4pm when I went inside to check on him as I still had no call to update me if he was ready or not. I walked inside for Kim to tell me that she was running 40 minutes behind and that she meant to call me earlier, after I had already made a 30 minute drive there.
