He is a good contractor and quality is superb and not left wayside for time or greed. Having said that treats employees very badly quite often and has the possibility of being held liable for hostile work environment which can jam up the job being finished! The man knows how to frame and does exceptional finish work, is also timely and cheaper than most. Just don't hire hime for a job needing a crew to finish
Lance Morehead threatened to kill the owner of the Business and caused problems with the entire street for not helping to finish the project he was hired to do, Lance Morehead has nothing to do with Zettlemoyer Construction and was a fired employee. He is just trying to cause problems for the company and is mad for being fired because of his language and actions on the jobsite.
