Bought their 4 port hdmi switch. It just blinks and never locks on channel. Cannot get support or technical support. Sooooooooooo frustrating.
I've purchased a few Zettaguard products and I have to say that their products have all been great and hasn't caused me any problems at all. Will likely buy more of their other products in the future
Company offers rebates for items and doesn't follow thru. Rebate was supposed to be given with 45 days from May. It has been over 5 months since the purchase and now the company has stopped responding. Don't do business with them.
