Zetsen designed and built our new home for us and the entire process was seamless. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. They use tradesmen who care and the end result shows. Extremely happy with our home!
Poor quality. They are good in covering up major faults during construction instead of fixing them. The company is the worst in industry but their poor work will not show except after a few years. Beware.
Master Builder??? I don’t think so. I own a 10 year old Zetsen house. Here are the main issues that I’ve had this far: 1) main floor shower not installed properly and leaked down into basement. 2) piping from hot water tank not installed properly, came apart and flooded basement. Had to have water repair and restoration firm from Edmonton to clean up the horrendous flood. 3) pipes from under sink came apart twice and water leaked to basement, before a plumber I contracted replaced all the pipes as they were installed incorre... read more
