such a unprofessional company after selection in zeta first they shedule client round after that they cancel and they dont have responsbility to say or pick the call say such waste company and make other time also waste

This is a difficult organization to do business with. They delay the refund payments, and create new tickets when you ask them for a refund. They say the vendor has not payed. when you get the vendor on mail and show proof of payment they blame the gateway. Then they create new tickets and ask you transaction details. When you provided them that they create new tickets and ask you the same transaction details again. 3 times and they reply again with a mail requesting transaction details on a new ticket. Red carpet users if u want to do u r full kyc,plz don't come here because it is not available here,u have to do full kyc by approaching red carpet only If contact them also u will get the same results and if someone knows how to do kyc in red carpet plz inform me Give a like if this review is found useful or gives helpful information to you

This zeta card is useful on in metro cities or probably in your company campus restaurant. Most of the time payments gets declined even if you try to spend it for bakery, food in smaller restaurants. Please avoid using it.
