such a unprofessional company after selection in zeta first they shedule client round after that they cancel and they dont have responsbility to say or pick the call say such waste company and make other time also waste
This is a difficult organization to do business with. They delay the refund payments, and create new tickets when you ask them for a refund. They say the vendor has not payed. when you get the vendor on mail and show proof of payment they blame the gateway. Then they create new tickets and ask you transaction details. When you provided them that they create new tickets and ask you the same transaction details again. 3 times and they reply again with a mail requesting transaction details on a new ticket.
