The flavor of the day was delicious! Service was great! Cashier answered all of my questions and my order was made quickly.
Our experience at Zesties in Suamico was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was poor, and the staff was rude and unprofessional. Our server, Mia V., was unfriendly and did not provide the level of service we would expect when dining out. Unfortunately, the attitude extended beyond our server. Stopped in for some custard and while waiting to order the group working the store were standing in a circle talking amongst themselves while we waited to order after a little bit one lady rolled her eyes and walked over to take our order but never said a word she just walked over to the front and looked annoyed and at that point I was a little bothered but I get it young kids just being kids. Workers all behind counter having a very fun time. Cashier too busy to explain what is in scrambles, “I will give you time” and walked away. Hubby says ‘afraid of missing fun with others’. Workers so loud cashier could not hear me. When she finally shared ingredients she neglected to say ‘salted pecans’. Pricey for what I ended up getting. Many workers no one washing tables. First time ever at Zestys and can’t say I will go back.
