We are vegan, and we always have the same two favorites: Apple-Kale Salad, and Tofu Yellow Curry. Both are wonderful. Very, very delicious! Just thinking about those dishes, I taste them! You must try them both, and remember, no harm comes to any animal when you have these meals.
